「email outage」
my email provider (e Foundation/Murena) has been down since sunday
10/6 and will not restore access for my account until
monday 10/14 tuesday 10/15 (supposedly)
i am deeply upset by this extended outage, especially since they promised to restore access on 10/10, then backtracked and restored it only for premium users on 10/11 - they still haven't restored service for free users as of 10/15
i intend to switch email services once my access has been restored, i need more reliability, even if i was a premium user this downtime would have been unacceptable
