personal projects

to honour the launch of Fyra Stack VPS (shameless plug) i created a little thin server for myself with labwc, waybar, and Fyra Stack VPS (and again). it's so i can have a persistent terminal session to a real linux machine and access remote podman on another Fyra Stack VPS (third time), my phsyical server, or use exe.dev (hi riley!) i access it through cloudflare access' VNC thing, it's really cool and shockingly secure. and one more (even more shameless plug) for good measure.

i'm going to FOSSY in august to rep plasma on ultramarine! this is gonna be a more travel heavy trip for me, typically i have a stable home base, but i'm taking 4 modes of transit between home and the place i'm staying in vancouver, and have a second hotel on the way back, so i've been looking into making my setup more travel friendly. i've got a magic mouse i've been driving for a few days and am considering an upgrade to a surface arc mouse or the new logitech mobi fold. blog post on how i organize my bags for life in the twin cities and travel soon!
